3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or Clearance Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.
- Hijabs and Undergarments: For hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned.
- Customized or Made-to-Order Items: Personalized products are not eligible for returns unless defective.
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
